The Frisbee Freestyle is a combination of acrobatics and aerodynamics to perform creative, artistic and athletic moves, striking the perfect balance of interaction between human, disc and terrain. Freestyle is a game whereby a player or a team of two or three players perform a routine, which consists of a series of throws, catches and moves using one or more discs. Freestyle can also simply be about what happens in a park between novices catching a disc under the leg, or tipping a high throw and then catching it. Most importantly, Freestyle is about having fun!
