Ultimate Frisbee combines the non stop movement of and athletic endurance of soccer, teh defensive maneuvering of basket ball and the aerial passing skills of football. The rules are simple: two teams composed of seven athletes each compete to reach end zones located at either end of an area roughly the size of a football field. Teams score by passing the frisbee to a teammate located inside the end zone. Running with the the Frisbee is not allowed. Highly competitive play is encouraged, but never at the expense of the bond of mutual respect between players.
