Everyday Low Price Guarantee
Coastal Kites, Inc. maintains the lowest everyday prices on the internet, and we back this up with our Everyday Low Price Guarantee. We will meet any qualified internet retailers advertised price as long as the following are met:1) The competitors price must be the normal everyday price. Sorry, we do not meet any specials, clearance, club, or sale prices. Our goal is to be the lowest price on all items not one.
2) You must provide us with the link to the competitors page showing the price for the product in question. To request a price match -- add the item to your shopping cart, then on the shopping cart screen in the Order Notes paste your link into the space provided. We will take care of the rest after the order is placed. You will see the refund on your packing slip and credit card receipt.
3) The exact same item (make, size, color, year, etc.) must be in stock and priced accurately. *Please note that some kite companies sell the kite line separately on the same kite(s).
4) Shipping must be equal or less. If the product is two dollars cheaper but you are paying six dollars more for shipping our price is still $4 less.
5) Our price guarantee is good for 5 business days after placing your order.
We want to actually have the lowest prices, but we don't want our low price guarantee to be taken advantage of, so here is the fine print. Our Low Price Guarantee is limited to a maximum of $100.00 per price match request. Our Low Price Guarantee is limited to a minimum of $1.00 per price match request. Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers,or club pricing, or product-bundle pricing on the order from the competitors website or from coastalkites.com Our Low Price Guarantee is limited to up to three (3) of the same product, shipped to the same address. The Low Price Guarantee is subject to change at any time.
