Coastal Kites, Inc. Return Policy
All products purchased from Coastal Kites, Inc. may be exchanged or returned for a refund in a new and unused condition within 30 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment or with an in-store credit. All shipping charges are non refundable.

All products for which you are requesting a return must be in their original condition, including all accessories, the original packaging, manuals, and have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Once the flying line has been unwound, attached to the kite, or the kite has been flown it is no longer considered new and unused. Return merchandise must be in brand new condition so that we can sell it as new again. Coastal Kites Inc. reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds that are returned to us used, not in their original condition or without and RMA#. At best, we can arrange to accept the item for a 25% re-stocking fee if felt it can be sold at a discounted price.

Defective items will be determined by Coastal Kites, Inc. or the manufacturer of the item. Defective items may only be exchanged for the exact same product.

We cannot accept a return after 30 days from the shipping date.

To request an RMA# please email us at sales@coastalkites.com with your order number. You will be contacted by a customer service representative and given a RMA# with the shipping address for returns. You may then pack up your merchandise and ship it back to us. All returns must be shipped to us prepaid. We recommend that you properly insure your package and ship it via a traceable method and hold onto these items until the return process is complete.

Damaged during delivery- UPS and the US Postal Service require the recipient of the package to file damage claims. If your order was damaged in shipment please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or the US Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777. They will start a claim and will notify Coastal Kites so that we can send out a replacement to you. Keep the box and all packing materials until the carrier is contacted in case the carrier wants to check them.
