FREE UPS Ground Shipping Offer
Place an order with a merchandise total of $79 or more and receive FREE UPS Ground shipping anywhere within the 48 contiguous states. This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International orders. Due to the large size of some of the kites our free shipping offer does not apply and will be noted on the individual product page.
Order Processing Schedule
Our order processing is quick! Most orders received by 2pm Pacific Standard Time Monday thru Friday will be shipped out the same day, otherwise the following day. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed and shipped out on Monday. Once you have placed your order you should get an automated email receipt. Once we have shipped your order we (or the carrier) will send another email with your delivery date, and tracking number. If your order absolutely, positively, needs to arrive on a certain day or time please call us at 1-877-544-5483.
Calculating Shipping Costs and Transit Time
Most orders cost between $5 and $9 to ship depending on the weight, and the shipping address. To get the exact shipping amount add the items to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping information and continue to see the actuall price for each service type. Choose one of the options and continue.
To calculate how long it should take for you to get your package after it has been processed, look at our time in transit maps from United Parcel Service, Federal Express and the United States Postal Service .
Shipping costs are rising fast! The shipping prices you see are real time results from the shippers websites. We try to keep our shipping cost as low as possible, and do not add any other fees.
Damaged Packages
UPS, and the US Postal Service require the recipient of the package to file damage claims. If your order was damaged in transit please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or the US Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777. They will start a claim and will notify Coastal Kites so that we can send out a replacement to you. Keep the box and all packing materials until the carrier is contacted in case the carrier wants to check them.
Items Stock Status
All items have an "add to cart" button beside them. If the item is in stock you can add as many we have on hand to your shopping cart. If you are adding an item to your cart that is out of stock, a message will pop up letting you know this. You can contact us so we can add an out of stock item to your order so you do not incur additional shipping charges. We will not charge you for an out of stock item until it is available and ready to ship to you.
Custom Orders
If you are looking for an item that you do not see on our website just contact us. We will let you know if we can get it, along with pricing and an estimated delivery time. We often order items for customers that we do not normally stock, and in most cases can get what you are looking for.
Orders Shipped outside the United States
All payments must be made in United States Dollars. Coastal Kites, Inc. does NOT collect duties or taxes for other countries at the time you place the order. There could be additional charges at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for any applicable duty and/or tax charged by the destination country. A brokerage fee may also be appliable if customs deems necessary. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes, and restricted items.
